Pacific Coast Highway.\u00a0\u00a0 Companies responding were Engine 14, Truck 14, Rescue 14, Engine 17, Engine 4 and Battalion 2.\u00a0 Fire department units arrived onscene within 3-4 minutes from time of dispatch.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival, Engine 14 found a two-story apartment building with fire rolling from a downstairs bedroom window, threatening to extend into the window of the apartment upstairs. The engine crew mounted an aggressive interior attack in an effort to contain the blaze and prevent the spread of the flames to upstairs and adjacent units.\u00a0 Fire companies made a diligent search for victims possibly trapped by the fire.
