On scene, units were approached by an I witness who stated, she watched a white male in his 20’s who was acting a little strange go into the water. He came out of the water and put down some personal belongings and wrote a message in the sand “Will always love u Jiime” (this is how it was spelled) he then went back into the water and as she turned away, she looked back and did not see him in the water anymore. The LB Lifeguard Dive team was called out and began an systematic search for the Male. After and extensive and agressive search, with no luck in finding the male, the search was called off just before noon. No other injuries were reported.
