Tractor Trailer Fire

On Tuesday,September 2nd at approx 9:30pm a call came in for a big rig brake fire on the East bound 91freeway at the 710 freeway. Units arrived on scene within 4 mins and found a fully engulfed big rig. Apparently the truck was just getting towed because of the brakefire and then the tow-truck hauler noticed the cab was on fire and immediately pulled over and called 911. E11 and E12 along with BC3 successfully knocked down the fire, but not after it destroyed the truck. There were no injuries to civilian or fire personnel.
