Vehicle Extrication On 7th Street and Termino

This afternoon at 12:30 pm Long Beach Fire Department units responded to the corner of 7th St and Termino Avenue to a report of an injury traffic accident. Once onscene, units discovered two women trapped inside an early model dodge truck. Their vehicle had been involved in a collision with a small SUV. It took firefighters approximately 16 minutes to free the two from their vehicle. The male driver of the SUV did not complain of injury. The two women, who appeared to be in their 50’s, were transported to a local hospital with minor to moderate injuries. E4, T14, R2, R14, BLS4, and BC 1 responded to this incident.
