Quadruple shooting in North Long Beach

On Friday, September 19th at approx 10pm a call came in for multiple GSW (gun shot wound) on the 1600 block of E 70th Way in North Long Beach. Fire units arrived within minutes and staged out 1 block until the scene was cleared by LBPD. Once the scene cleared, Engine 12 and Rescue 12 entered and found 4 gun shot victims of an apparent drive-by shooting. Engine11, Truck11, Rescue11 and BLS 11 and BC3 were also dispatched to assist. Additional Rescues were called in to assist. In total, all 4 victims (all male Hispanic, all in mid-20’s) were transported to local area hospital emergency rooms and survived their injuries.
